We know that you are as excited about receiving your plant-based skincare and wellness goodies as we are to ship them to you! Please note the following regarding shipping and returns for your order.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. Orders that are placed Friday through Sunday, or on a public U.S. holiday, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

During public U.S. holidays, there may be delays in processing and/or shipping. 

​

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. At this time, we are unable to process orders to P.O. and FPO boxes. 

​

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days

Express shipping: 1-2 business days

We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $70.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Our courier calculates the most affordable rate based on the destination and weight of your package. 

​

Once your package is handed over to the courier, we are unable to accept responsibility for a package that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. This applies to returns as well.

RETURNS
 

Due to the nature of our plant-based skincare and wellness products, the window for returns is limited.

Upon receiving your order, you have five (5) days to initiate a return.  

In order to receive a full refund for your return, exclusive of shipping costs, please note that your order must meet the following criteria: 

1. All products must remain unopened, sealed, and unused.

2. The product packaging must be free of odor, stains, tears, or anything else that alters the original product packaging.

3. You must email hey@liveailani.com with:

• Your order number

• Name on the order

• Product(s) being returned

In the event that your return does not match these criteria, we will be unable to honor it.

Kindly note that you are responsible for covering the cost of your return. While we would like to offer free returns, it is not something that we can accommodate at this time. We look forward to extending this courtesy in the future!
